

To become a cooking gas (LPG) bottling plant dealer:
Gas bottling plant acreage
- The proposed site must occupy no less than 1 rai, with a separate entrance and exit.
- The applicant must own the proposed plot of land.
Location
- The site must be suitable for market expansion, such as a province with high demand for cooking gas.
- The site and marketing network must neither overlap nor affect PTT’s existing cooking gas network.
- The site must not be located in a building control zone and must have no environmental impact.
- The site must lie at least 200 meters from education institutions, religious sites, hospitals or clinics, and archeological sites.
- The site must not violate any laws or regulations.
Sales volume
At least 100 tons/month
Investment
Construction, material and down payment for12 million THB

- Information and updates on the cooking gas market
Documents required for initial application
- Copy of ID card
- Copy of house registration
- For juristic persons, copy of corporate registration certificate enclosed with a letter from the authorized person
- Copy of document showing ownership or rights over the proposed bottling plant
- Letter of Consent to Business from spouse (for married individual) (ifany)
- Copy of spouse’s ID card (ifany)
- Copy of land deed (actual size)
- Photos and location map of the proposed bottling plant
- Applicant’s financial status certificate issued by a bank
- Estimate of monthly sales volumes, product distribution method, and market expansion plan
Remarks:All documents must be signature-certified true copies; some documents or incomplete documents may be waived as OR sees appropriate.
Consideration criteria
- OR bases its consideration on market conditions and demand for cooking gas in the vicinity of the proposed site
- Existing gas bottling plants and related factors
- Estimate of monthly sales volume, product distribution method, and market expansion plan
- Applicants will be informed of the results of initial consideration within 3 months after all required documents are in hand.
