PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited  or OR has prepared the 2023 Sustainability Report to present and communicate key materiality issues to all groups of OR’s stakeholders about our sustainability strategies, operational guidelines, and performances that cover key issues on economic, corporate governance, social and environment from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 OR plans to prepare a sustainability report annually and report on our website On March 8, 2024, according to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) including Oil and Gas Sector Disclosure during the reporting period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.

              OR aims to continuously improve the quality of its sustainability report to fully disclose sustainability performance and expand the scope of reporting to reflect the sustainability performance covering the entire organization. Our Sustainable Development Committee is chaired by the Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Sustainability and participated by executives covering all business units to consider and approve OR’s annual sustainability report with guidelines to verify the accuracy and integrity of the data. The information featured in this report has been assessed by an independent third-party certifying body. OR disclose the sustainability report in Form 56-1 One Report Chapter 3: Driving Business Towards Sustainability in accordance with the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). All information must be approved by our Board of Directors before being disseminated to the public.
